called for a electrician for a company I run and needed it dealt pretty quick, was told the person I needed to talk to was on the phone and then waited all afternoon then I called back and then was told the person was in a meeting and I asked how until this person could call me back as I needed a timeline and they couldn't answer me at all, was not happy at all moved on to another company ......
Contacted this company to get a quote to install a demand hot water heater. They would only way they would quote my job is with an $80 charge. So this company knows their price is not competitive and wants to get some of your money when you find a better price. Don't fall for this, better to avoid this place.
Had a plumber show up to plumb in my dishwasher and put in a couple shut off valves. He had to leave to get what I would think are basic parts. I wanted to help put in a bath tub in but they would not assist and said I had to pay for two plumbers. Also to change the tub I would have to cut through the ceiling of the downstairs unit. I was charged $700 I would recommend a more affordable and experienced company.

Terrible customer service. I had the distinct impression that these people do not care about their customers. I removed an old ceiling fan in the bathroom and was having difficulties with the ducting so decided to hire C&C Elecrical. Their guy came in and installed the fan completely crooked so that the exhaust does not work as well as it should. Furthermore, he let me know that the light on the fan was broken and that I should go return the unit. It turns out the guy did not install the light bulbs! Fast forward to the billing process. There was no discussion about cost or anything - they just charged my card without permission. I sent a polite email in complaint outlining these issues to the billing agent who forwarded it to the GM. It has been two weeks with no reply. Find someone else for your electrical needs.
