I've used this company twice now and I really thought the first time was luck of the draw, not so... I had them do all my new plumbing and a new heat pump which was not only done under the other quotes of the competitors but it was done faster than it was promised and with a few extras thrown in. I'm looking forward to using them again and both Brendan and Wade were super honest with what was necessary even after a few objections on my part, they sat me down and educated me why they were recommending what they recommended. We couldn't be happier with the final outcome and there isn't another plumbing and heating comment I would want in my home. Thanks guys.

I recently moved here from Ontario, and I wanted to install an under sink reverse osmosis water filter system in my kitchen. I asked a neighbour if he could recommend me a plumber that I could trust. He said he always calls Brandon from Rapid Plumbing and Heating, and that Brandon has done work for a number of other close neighbours. I called him and he made room in his busy schedule to do the installation. I was very pleased. After he left, I had some questions about the use of the system and called him the same night. I left him a message and, to my surprise, he called me back that same evening and cleared up all my questions. I would recommend his services highly and I will certainly call him again when I need any plumbing work done.

Brandon did a fantastic job at my house. He arrived 5 minutes after I called him for emergency evening service and completed the work in less than 15 minutes for a very reasonable rate. He cleaned up everything and took all the garbage with him - you'd never know he had been there. Courteous, professional and quality work. What more can you ask for?
