Henry was very professional and knowledgeable. Our son plugged the toilet with a toy and we also suspected a water heater leak. I appreciate how upfront and transparent Henry was with our work plan. He gave accurate honest estimates with each potential diagnostic step that we may encounter prior to starting the job. This was by far the best experience we have with any company we have dealt with. Henry and Josh gave me advance notice that they'll be arriving to help me remove the old gas stove and install the new unit. They were on time and courteous. I really appreciated how they worked. Clean, fast, efficient and respectful. They weren't overtly chatty but they were just the right amount of engaging and provided me with the information I needed regarding the new stove. I have a dog and they were very good with him, which made things easy. Afterwards, I had questions about the stove and they were able to contact me to answer my questions. Overall, I couldn't have asked for better service. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again. Thanks for everything!

I called Absolute Plumbing earlier this year when i needed my furnace serviced. Gloria at the office was very helpful in setting up the appointment. Henry was my technician. He was very friendly, courteous and well presented. I appreciated the explanation of the condition of my furnace which was also emailed to me. The price was very reasonable as well. So when my old hot water heater sprung a leak a month later, I had no hesitation in calling Absolute Plumbing again. Usually I would call around to get different quotes, but I was so impressed with my initial experience with this company which was definitely in tune with all the 5-star reviews. That was the first and only call I made that evening. Freddy came by the next morning and gave us a quote for the job and then by 7pm that day (less than 24 hours after we detected the leak), Henry had installed a new water heater. These guys do a really great job and are professional from start to finish. It's great to see a local business provide such excellent service.
