Mr Swirl The Friendly Plumber

Hi . Had a great experience with Mr Swirl. Can't always say that for the trades. Amy answered my call... She was the most pleasant, courteous person I have ever encountered on the phone... !! Our rental unit developed a leak in the kitchen faucet. Our tenant called Mr Swirl, and it was smooth sailing from then on. Upkar called to inform me that the whole faucet needed replacing and although I was taken aback at the quote, the service and constant feedback was worth it. I was sent an invoice at the end complete with photos of the work he did.. I had a question about the invoice, which was explained and dealt with expediently by Amy. They definitely are "friendly" like their name says... will recommend them to friends and would definitely use Mr. Swirl again.

They were able to send someone the same day. The office did a great job of keeping us up to date on the plumbers arrival time. Upkar was polite, helpful and able to solve our plumbing issues in the simplest and most effective manner. I really appreciated his thorough inspection and conscientious solutions.

Ken was great! He arrived fast the same day and fixed my problem quickly. He even gave me a few tips on how to prevent some issues. Nice guy and a great experience thank you. :) I will ask for Ken the next time.

Upkar is very professional and clam at his job, he went further beyond what he can and we are very happy with Mr. Swirl. Keep up with the good work!
