Very happy with their quick response to some plugged plumbing. And I have called them previously for frozen pipes and a couple of other jobs over the years. I have always been well satisfied with their response time and the quality of their work. Thanks!
I wish we could give less than a star. Thistle is quite dishonest. The son took over for the father and that might be the source of the problem. If you have any big jobs, make sure you check the itemized list of charges very carefully. You may find "mystery" charges.
Hard to get a hold of them and they also don't show up on the day of appt.
3 call one voicemail and I final get a call back. Arrange for a time for quotation...stayed home, NO show...these guys are going to have to learn that bad customer service and these review will be the end of them. Lots of competition out there.
Thistle Plumbing was very accommodating. They were easy to get a hold of and went out of their way to help me out.
