Sam is the best !! We had a major leak that resulted in us having to replumb and reconnect our hot and cold water supply. Sam worked tirelessly over the May long weekend to solve the problem. He is very knowledgeable and his diagnosis of the problem was very well explained and his solution was extremely efficient. He kept us informed every step of the way and was extremely professional but he also has a great sense of humour which was very calming. I would highly recommend Sam. Thomas F
