It is nearly 8:00 pm and Troy is here, fixing my bathroom and kitchen faucet. Great guy and excellent service. He is the third plumber came to my apartment and the first two did not have any idea what was wrong!!! Finally I have water in my bathroom.

The owner Troy was horrible to work with, every time I talked to him he'd lie about when he was coming and when he was getting there. Wasted so much time waiting for him and when he arrived after 4 days of him saying he was on his way. he was completely unprofessional and obviously on some kind of substance. He was not all there. Ended up getting another company to finish the job.

If I could give a zero I would this guy was clearly on either meth or heroine when he showed up. I did not feel safe having him in my home.

There aren't enough stars in the sky, let alone these measly five, to reflect the quality of service I received here. I would rate this establishment at least a full galaxy on their worst day.

I am a renter, and our waterline broke, my property management company used Troy & his team to fix the waterline, after having another company in who was very overpriced, and were terrible with customer service. Troys team was fantastic. It was a full day job, not once did I hear his team complain, or fight amongst each other. They worked together as a team. They were absolutely amazing. They were cost effective for our property management company. They cleaned up after themselves as well. Amazing company!!!! Thank you Troy & your team for a fantastic job.
