Concept Plumbing and Gas Ltd

First time hiring a plumber and decided on Concept based on reviews and website info. The whole process went smoothly--from initial contact by phone, to the plumber coming to my place and then the billing process. Best of all, they fixed my broken toilet within 24 hours at a reasonable rate. Based on my experience I would recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber.

We were in a bind and needed a short length of 3" diameter copper pipe as there was a leak in our mainline into our office. I was able to purchase the 3' fittings from the wholesaler however I couldn't get the short length of pipe, and I didn't want to deal with a 12' length. These folks went out of their way to cut me a 2' piece and make it available for afterhours pickup. They took my word for the billing which was convenient. Awesome service and good people. We have recently had concept plumbing to our home twice for two separate issues. Both times the plumber arrived on time, was efficient with his time, and kept a clean work area. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family or anyone else looking for reliable service at a fair price.

The response time was amazing even in the midst of a winter wind storm. We had a broken water pipe in our heating system and it was fixed in an hour. We had to have them come back for another issue that arose and the plumber showed up quickly with a great attitude and got the pump going again. The follow up call was also prompt and genuine.
