It was very interesting dealing with Jean mechanical regarding pro-rated warranty on a boiler issue. 1) Jean Mechanical marks-up 30% on a warranty part, labour cost is on top. 2) Service call was charged within 2weeks after installation. So, they dont warranty their work. 3) Jean Mechanical did not solve the problem and blamed it on electrical trade.
