Mr. Rooter Plumbing in Chilliwack

I looked at other reviews before hiring Mr Rooter Chilliwack. I wanted a familiar name that I could count on to stand behind their work. I have a home that was built in the 50’s and over the years we have been plagued with plumbing issues from a half bath added sometime in the homes history. Things started to get worse quickly so I called Mr. Rooter. Curt came out to assess the situation. He was very thorough and did servicing that our home needed like cleaning our sewer pipes from the city end up. Something was still wrong but Curt’s first thought was completely correct, we had a belly in our sewer pipe and roots had almost destroyed another section. After a bit of a process they told me I need 15 ft of sewer pipe replaced and this was shown to me with a camera on a video screen. Josh gave me a quote right there of what it would cost me. I let them go and had to think about it. It didn’t take long to come to a decision considering we also could not use any toilets in our house. I called the office within a couple of hours to say I want it done and to my surprise they came at 8am the next day and were done digging replacing everything by lunch. For the service and all the exploratory, Curt and the rest of the guys were here for a lot of hours and I am happy with the price I paid for their service. I am so happy my plumbing is working perfectly now. Thank you, guys!!!!!

Mark VanDiermen from VanDiermen & Sons, fixed my plumbing issue in a very timely manner. He's a really pleasant person and very knowledgeable at what he does. Also the charges are very reasonable I give him 5 stars I recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.
