I think watchel plumbing a great buisness, the owner Ed is an awesome person, fixed my problems right away, left me with no further problems????

Needed a simple backflow preventor install and connection hookup made, but after a site visit, parts lists and a week of back and forth I get a call that they’re too busy, “forever.” Up until this point they were nothing but positive and communicative then out of the blue they won’t do the job. Meanwhile I have spent two weeks without water. Unprofessional to say the least.

Never been there. I'm guessing sometimes I must walk near there and Google thinks I went there

Good service, showed up when promised - which is rare in the Okanagan Valley.
