We experienced some major issues with flooding recently in our crawl space – Our hot water tanks destroyed and the water softener and main water tank had to be relocated to the main floor. We were so impressed with Apple Valley Plumbing! They helped us locate the best spot for relocation of the new hot water tank, water softener and main tank – And I’ll be honest, I was pretty picky but they took their time with me. They were friendly, on time and most importantly efficient. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Very prompt and friendly service. They came to our house literally within 5 minutes of calling (we lucked out and they were in the area) and fixed our clogged kitchen sink. The pipes also needed replacing and they came back to do that by the end of the week. They were also very knowledgeable.

Had a water heater emergency with our rental house in Keremeos. Called everyone, not only were these the only guys willing to juggle schedules to get it fixed the same day, they also quoted me the lowest price! It was not a straight forward install, a little extra work was required to gain access to the water heater but they just took care of it. There were no extra charges above the quoted price. My tenants had hot water again the same day. In the future I won't bother calling anyone else.
