Joan in the office was friendly, quick to respond, she even took the time to respond to personal comments in my email (example: taking my puppy for a walk on a beautiful sunny day and her response was enthusiastic for our activity instead of just acknowledging receipt of our email). Jason our plumber provided great quality workmanship and the service was amazing. He was punctual, hard working, friendly, and knowledgable. He changed our entire house from Poly B to Pex pipes, created a new whole system water shut off in a much more convenient location, and fixed some other minor issues around our home. He was enthusiastic about his work and also excited when he found we were fellow cyclists. He gave us great suggestions for safe and enjoyable rides in the area (and beyond), shared with us a few of his favourites, and suggested a good bike shop to visit when we need service.
I called Roto Rooter to have my perimeter drain assessed and scoped for possible blockages. They came the next day and scoped the whole perimeter system, cleared a couple of small blockages and took the time to educate me on how to maintain the lines and manage them going forward. I can't say enough on how much I appreciated the work and education they put in with me. The cost for their services was surprisingly cheap in my opinion. I trust them and will recommend them to everybody I can. Thank you.
Excellent customer service!!!!!! They are so friendly ,,The lady in office , the fellow who answers after hours call and the young fellow Rick who came to our home to do the job, ALL treated us so well. Their prices are very reasonable and they don’t fool around they get the job done. ????
