Nothing unusual about the weekend, then the powder room on the ground flooded!! Can’t be without water so frantically searched on line for plumber for emergency service and fortunately found Mr Rooter who was able to dispatch someone within 30 minutes. The dispatcher let us know shortly after our initial call when someone could come. The plumber was courteous and professional even putting on booties before coming in. Quickly found the clog explaining what he was doing and providing a cost up front before proceeding. After clearing the clog he made sure the drain was cleared all the way to the city pipes and noted a potential issue and explained the options for future remediation. Considering the urgency, satisfied with the value and great service from dispatch to completion.
Mr. Rooter is the way to go. These guys are reliable and will fix the issue. I have used them on commercial properties and they get to the bottom of it. Great work guys. Thanks.
I have hired Mr Rooter on several occasions and I have always had great service! Preston from Mr Rooter came yesterday to do a service call. Lika all the Mr Rooter plumbers, Preston was quick to analyze the problem and did the work in an efficient, quick and friendly manner. I highly recommend Mr Rooter and their Plumbers!
Abdullah was very helpful and he was on time. He worked very clean and tidy which i believe is the most important thing for me Thank you Rooter Plumbing!
This company responded quickly and came to fix my clogged toilet. The young man who fixed the toilet was pleasant. However, I think the pricing was quite expensive. The plumber needed to remove my toilet remove the debris that was stuck in the bottom of the toilet and then re-install the toilet. This took him less then 1 hour to complete and he replaced a seal and used some new bolts. In the end my bill was close to $400. This company came out to give a quote for free but in the end their final price per job is likely more expensive then the plumbers charging by the hour.
