Norm's Plumbing and Heating installed our water tank last year and put their company sticker on the tank. I'm happy they did, because we had a split water pipe in our crawlspace at 11 PM on a Saturday night, so I had to call in a hurry and I didn't have to search for their number! The tech (Carson) was here within 15 minutes and had it repaired within minutes. He provided excellent service and was very courteous and professional. We would highly recommend this company!
TOP SHELF TECHNICIANS, TOP SHELF SERVICE!!! Rod paid a visit to the house for a long over due service for the gas furnace, heat pump, hot water tank, and gas fireplace. Very lovely men! Came and replaced my moms hot water tank while she was admitted into the hospital today. They were punctual, clean,tidy, friendly and it looks great! Would recommend them to anyone :) Very happy with the service
Amazing service, called and had a person come in within 2 hrs to replace my hot water tank. Then my other hot water tank was not working and they brought in another one the same day and replaced it! Friendly service and very knowledgeable. Thank you. :)
Thank you to the Norms team. The Service technicians were very good and cleaned up when they left. Erin in the office was very friendly and helpful with helping us to apply for the rebates. I will definitely use them again.
