Drain Pro

I made an appointment to have our condos drains checked with a camera. Jason the plumber arrived early and started right away. He had all the drains inspected quickly. Gave a detailed description of any sediment and suggested what should be done but that we were good for a while yet, no pressure to hurry. Will definitely have them back when the time comes.

They showed up on time, was very knowledgeable about our project. Had good equipment to scan depths and locations of pipes. Cleaned up any mess and was polite. Only charged us for the time quoted. Doesn’t get any better then that. I would recommend and use Drain Pro again. Love the email reminders and online invoicing.

We hired them for two small household plumbing jobs and the plumbers completed the work quickly and effectively, despite complications. This company is a cut above. Many plumbers won't even return phone calls, but when I call Drain Pro I usually talk to a real person. Wow!

Drain Pro offered me same day service, but I had to postpone for a couple of days. When the plumber Jaeson arrived, he was very efficient. He brought the correct replacement small hot water heater for under our kitchen sink, and installed it and tested it, with excellent results. We would recommend Drain Pro.

Had our hot water heater pop a leak. Called Drain Pro and 2 hours later the Technician arrived and measured what was needed, due to our tank being in a tight spot. He was back in less than an hour and 1 hour later the new tank was in operation. These guys are fast and great to work with. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you might have.
