They never show up on time! They never return phone calls, well only when they want money, Their techs, are they trained? Just very unprofessional and absolutely no communication. I will never use again! Seems to be a theme with trades in osoyoos and Oliver, these guys wouldn’t last a minute in any other city.

I read the negative review but I can only say Action Plumbing got what I wanted done right away! I had issues with my modular home a/c. I had cleaned it myself and wanted a second opinion from a pro. Caroline in the office managed to get a tech (Dave) out to my place (same day) and afterwards he called me to discuss everything he found. It's exactly what I wanted. A pro to test it and look at it from the crawlspace and Dave did exactly that! Thank you both to your speedy and professional service. I called other companies and could only leave a voice message. 4 days later, still no call back! I will be using Action again if I ever need plumbing, heating or a/c work!

Absolutely professional service. Caring and accommodating. Action will be the first call for any air conditioning problems, if we ever experience them again.
