Over a month ago I did an on line request for plumbing services and I am still waiting for a response. Maybe this company is good if you get them to respond but I wouldn't waste my time - there are far more reputable companies out there that respond in a very short period of time. Derek was simply awesome! I needed a new hot water tank and he explained the whole process to me, in plain language (not plumber-speak). He was polite and personable and cleaned up after himself. You can tell he loves what he does and who he works for.
