Had a broken sewer pipe in my basement. Mike and his team got it repaired right away, and did a great job. Very satisfied customer.

Copper Tip entered my premises without consent and damaged my property in the process. Then even knowing that my wife and I are expecting our first child next week and are low on finance, charged us an hour to turn on the furnace, even though their website says they give quotes before repairs are done. Please don't support this company. I will be filing criminal charges and a complaint with the BBB.

I REALLY STRUGGLED WITH THIS ONE! After over 3 months of botched work and intermittent communications I called a company from Sparwood. They ripped out Copper-Tips HRV install and got another working in 1 day. Without threatening the owner I tried to get a refund and was given another run around…. “Boy doesn’t this show what an amazing person you are. Guess your lovely true colours are shining now. As for your Hrv I told you today I will make it right and you can hang on until I figure it out and speak to tech and deal with book keeping on my end. And don’t worry your amazing attitude will not affect the credit I will be sending you. And on another note you are not welcome on my property ever and if you do I will be calling the rcmp and all of my employees have been notified of you. I will email you when I get around to it and get to figure it all out. Thanks.” If you want to deal with this kind of drama call Copper-Tip Don’t believe a word the owner says. I was conned! Response to the Response from the owner.... The inside of the Concentric vent was intentionally cut away to make it fit allowing the exhaust air to flow back into the house. The entire HRV install was for nothing and the Copper-Tip technician ran off. My furnace would not even fire! I was never reached out to or given any kind of credit.

When it comes to a small community Mike and Christie and the whole Copper Tip crew go above and beyond. We have had nothing but ongoing support and service from CopperTip. To the comment below... I DO NOT believe that Copper Tip would EVER enter a property without permission! I know their processes and if they were asked to respond to a no heat service call they would only respond with the best intentions and to solve the problem.
