Very professional and very prompt. Called early Wednesday morning with no hot water. Dispatcher said they would get someone out asap. They called back shortly and said were on their way. By noon were done and everything repaired. Technician ( Adam ) was great. Explained what he was doing and why. What impressed me most was how he made me feel like my business mattered. I will definitely call them again. Thanks Harmcor!!
awful experience. Broken tool, wasted time making trips back and forth. Tried including the 30mins spent in car writing up bill as part of the final fee which was 10x the original quote.
Beware of their prices... the claim they will show you "options" and prices for repairs but they don't when its a straight forward repair. We called Harmcor and told them we had a leak from a shower behind a wall and told them it was likely due to a failed o-ring or missing o-ring. We had to hire a certified plumber incase we went through insurance. They came same day which was nice. They have a flat rate service call fee which includes diagnosis which is reasonable however once they saw it was a missing o-ring, they replaced it with one we provided and charged an additional $250 for a 30 second fix. Totally unacceptable in my mind and unfair considering we told them what the problem was in the first place and we were NOT given pricing options ahead of time. I called to discuss my bill with the office and spoke to someone who seemed like the owner or manager. He was very rude on the phone, told me I was wrong and told me he would call me back after he spoke to the plumber who came to site, he never did. I would never hire this company again nor recommend them as they do not seem like an honest or fair company to do business with.
The hot water tank in my condo died so they sent Norm over to replace it with a new Rheem tank. Despite some extra challenges like moving my washer/dryer, updating the venting, and reconnecting the humidifer, Norm was able to get everything done with no issues. Big thanks to Norm and Harmcor for bringing the hot water back!
I have used Harmcor for several jobs and have been extremely happy with their work .The techs are knowledgeable and courteous they are also on time .I am happy with these people and will use them again. Andy Stanton
