Fairway Plumbing

The toilet in our master bathroom has been leaking for over a year ever since we had tile installed. We tried to fix it ourselves, but the leak was still there. Then we hired a local handyman form the paper and when he was done the leak was even worse than before. We have not bee able to use the bathroom in our bedroom for close to a month. Then we found Derek at Fairway Plumbing. When I called, I knew that he was different. He answered the phone himself and explained the process and quote to me and then set an appointment for the same day. He showed up right on time, resolved the problem very quickly and then reminded me that we have a 1 year warranty on the work. Derek is one of the most professional contractors that I have ever had in my home.

The main water line to my home (built in 1981) was leaking. I dug down to where the copper pipe had been teed to service the lawn sprinklers. It was spewing at the tee. I'm pretty good with pvc but sweating copper isn't in my skill set. I called Derek around 7pm that (Friday) night and he was out the next morning early before I had to go to work. He showed me how the original job had been done improperly and thus the leak. No idea how long it had been leaking, it was about two feet down. Derek did a neat and clean repair (almost standing on his head to get down to the tee) that has proven to be a proper job. I had to leave for work before he finished and I came home to a clean job site. I couldn't ask for more.
