First of all - the good news . They came out quickly. Now for the bad stuff. Beacon Hill did not come out. They sent another company - Prostar. The plumber quoted $289 just to cap a line and charged us $389 - on top of the service charge of $70! No seniors' discount! We will NOT use them again.
I was appreciative that they came out within the hour of me calling them however I did not agree with what their billing practices are. Historically, when I have used a plumber, they all will have a service fee to just show up at your house. I can appreciate that. However usually that service fee gets deducted from the work performed if you end up having them service the issue you called them for. This business charged the service fee ($70) on top of the $229 it cost to do the work. I have not experienced this type of billing practice before with a plumber.
Not really in my part of town but came anyway. Was very happy with their service.
