Issue: Copper pipe deterioration in 41-year-old house due to well water properties. Project: Remove all plumbing, replace with PEX, brass couplings and new fixtures. Specs: House involved 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, laundry and 3 exterior access taps. Details: This was a huge undertaking as it involved people still living in the home while work was on-going. Don of DIVCO Plumbing was incredibly accommodating arranging his work schedule and daily tasks to least impact the household. When working in an area that required the water supply to be severed, Don kept water available to other areas of the house for usage. The large scope of work required a lot of fishing through walls and floor joists but the cut out of drywall was kept to a minimum so this self repair work was easier. Huge acknowledgment to Don for his positive attitude, patience, knowledge and time to educate us on the best practices of plumbing. With the experience of hiring Don to do this work for us, he is the only plumber I will utilize for future needs and highly recommend him. With Don’s informative approach he wont up sell you unnecessarily, his rates are more than fair for the quality of work he does. Many thanks and glad to have made a trusted friend during this project.
