I am so glad I found Shamrock Plumbing. My elderly parents have had two recent plumbing problems. Of course, they call me to deal with it. Shamrock has been super impressive with their response time, professionalism, and price. My mother has had nothing but great things to say about them, and they get the job done right. Highly Recommended.
They stopped responding to my calls and text messages. Paul and Luis separately came to assess our home which probably needs to be completely re-piped, but neither ever gave us an estimate and now NO responses at all for 3+ weeks. I am sad to have to go to another plumber as they have been lovely to work with in the past (which is why they get more than 1 star). :(
Paul and Luis were very professional and fast in replacing our broken water heater and cabinet on short notice. I use them for all our plumbing needs.
They came on time, repaired with very reasonable price, , and fixed a little extra thing for free. Thank you very much and I'm sorry for my slow review.
