First of all, the company Affinity Leak Detection were easy to work with when I had to schedule a quick water heater appointment. They were able to have someone come to my property within two hours! Steve arrived on time and then did great work. He helped me understand the issue and also gave me advice for the future work that will need to be done. He was personable, friendly and respectful. I am writing this because Steve has proved to be a great worker for Affinity Leak Detection because at the end of the water heater work he gave me his card and said to contact him when future work was needed at my property. I followed through with that recently and Steve showed up again on time and did great work. I highly recommend Affinity Leak Detection and I especially recommend Steve. I will be calling Affinity Leak Detection again if I have an issue in the future.

We couldn't find the contact info for a different plumber we have used and were impressed with in the past, so we gave Affinity Leak Detection a call this afternoon based on the fact that they work on Saturdays. They sent out 2 guys about an hour and a half later which was within the time window they gave us. They quoted us $100 to fix our clogged bathroom sink which seemed nice to us, and we needed it fixed today so we went ahead with it. They ended up snaking our bathroom sink 3 times to no avail, so had to cut our old galvanized pipe below in the garage to clean out decades worth of corrosion. This did up our quote to $175, and we also got $25 off for being 1st time customers. After all the time and work they did, I now think this was a pretty fair price for the job. They gave us a quote to replace our old drainage pipe with a new cast-iron one and we will definitely consider calling Affinity Leak Detection and requesting that Arnold come back to take care of the job when we can afford it. Last night I accidentally dropped a spoon into the garbage disposal, so it jammed so terribly that the reset button wouldn’t fix the issue. I had no other option but to call for a plumbing service to repair my garbage disposal. Last weekend my parents left the city to visit my grandparents. They had never left me alone in our house, so for me it was very exciting. I didn’t know what to do first to celebrate! I talked on the phone with my best friend and she told me to have a party and clean up before my parents came home.
