Wish I could give them a zero as well. They sent a tech to "fix" my heating issue and he didn't close the shut off valve before removing the zone valve so hot, dirty, rusty water came spewing out all over my apartment. Bekmar's solution? File a claim with your insurance. My Insurance??? It's their fault. So there goes my claims free discount and my premiums are going to go up. Now that is what I call customer service. NOT. I would rather pay Trotter and Morton double the amount and get the job done properly. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They don't know what they are doing and don't stand behind their work. This whole fiasco is going to cost me $500..00 because of the deductible and all because of them Nice, right?

What a joke.

Knowledgeable and reliable. On numerous occasions I have had Bekmar out to service my furnace, backflow valves, repair a residential boiler and other plumbing and HVAC matters. The technicians they sent showed up on time and fixed the problem on the same day (even when they needed to pick up parts and return).

The plumber that came by, cost a lot of money and didn’t fix any of the problems. Would also give zero stars if I could.

We had a last minute problem with our steam shower and Chris Baxter from Bekmar Plumbing and Heating provided the assessment and resolution of the problem on very short notice. Chris's approach and demeanor was very customer friendly and knowledgeable, explaining everything along the way. Excellent job and happy customer. Following a minor invoicing problem I had the opportunity to deal with Caitlin (hope I got the name correctly). Caitlin had the same customer friendly and expert approach and it was a pleasure dealing with her as well. Both Chris and Caitlin were an excellent representation for Bekmar and interacting with them created a very happy and satisfied customer.
