Had the pleasure of Jerry coming to my place and fixing a stubborn clog that had been there before I moved in. I originally asked for parts for a 20-year-old heater - and they had a replacement parts kit, except for the old gas valve with left hand threads (*who does that???*) - so when I went to get the parts at about 11:00 a.m., we jointly agreed that a brand new heater was the smart money. They drove from north Calgary to south Calgary and had the old heater out, the new heater in, and everything filled and operational before 2:00 that afternoon. Service does not get better than this, as far as I’m concerned. Simply outstanding.

I had Benner Plumbing come out to look at my tank less hot water system and to give me advice on a replacement and or repair. Brandon was very helpful and knowledgeable, he gave me some information that no one else had and worked to come up with a few different options to solve my problem. I very much appreciated his help.
