The company quickly responded to my time line. The plumber was very efficient and personable. He showed a lot of on the job skills. I would highly recommend this company.
Residential boiler installed less than 2 years ago. Had to call for service during cold spell. Two guys were sent, spent 3 hours checking, found nothing wrong. Got the first invoice more than a month later with OVERDUE stamped on it. Was charged for 4 hours for each guy plus a charge for the truck. Client needs to be told up front when a service call is going to cost nearly $1000. $185++/hr to do nothing. Outrageous!! Will not be calling them again.
Great service! Punctual and prompt scheduling. Fixed a leaking toilet (changed out flapper and valve), as well as cleaned out bathtub drain. Super friendly and efficient. 10/10 would recommend.
Had leaking water heater and even though it was evening of the long weekend he got the job done and water back on
