This company was the first company I called in regards to a blown hot water tank. Although the rep was sent over promptly and was friendly, they are the ONLY company to charge a 70$ call out fee for a problem I diagnosed myself. The 70$ I paid was strictly for them to try to sell me a 6000$ replacement tank- double the median price! The other quotes I received from the other major competitors was about 3000$ for same thing. In the end, job was done for 2500$ all in by a competitor with a 10 yrs warranty. If I took their quote instead, I would have spent 3500$ more for the same thing- or 2 installed tanks plus money for a vacation.

Once again, efficient and timely work. I would definitely use their services again. Arrived on time, assessed the situation - all with a smile.

Had a wonderful experience with these two gentleman ! They were very friendly and more than willing to entertain my 3 year old who was very curious as to what they were doing.

They are ripoffs. $69.95 to come to door which they don't explain properly and then charge you triple the price any other normal plumbing would cost from their so called straightforward pricing book. Stay away! They wanted $500 to install a dishwasher after taking $70 to just come to door. We went with another company and got repair warranty for one year and only paid $195. Don't get ripped off and stay away!

Warning: $69 service charge for just getting a quote. Was told it's industry standard but called the very next contractor and coming by same day with no fee. Probably fine for service, wouldn't know, but I don't get paid for quotes so why should they when it's not industry standard. Maybe their just that good that they can dictate that in this market. I'm new in the area but for anyone else who wants to modify their brand new home, beware of paying up front for nothing done but a price.
