Promised to replace our boiler within four days, got payment upfront, left us without heat for two weeks. Installed a boiler too small for our home. Promised to return in two days to finish up the installation and antifreeze our in floor basement heat. Two months later, still hasn't shown up. Demanding our money back in full under Alberta Fair Trading Act.

Called on the weekend during emergency hours. Walked me through some steps over the phone and was able to find the broken part which I can replace myself, avoiding a visit and a large repair bill for a simple part. Will definitely use this business in the future!
Came and installed new furnace, hot water tank and air conditioner. Completed 99% of the job, promised to come back the next day to finish the job. No show, no call. Three times this happened. I final gave up with him and had to pay someone else to finish the work. Almost a year later he refuses to return a call. Avoid avoid avoid!
