First time customer ... All of the staff I spoke with were professional & friendly. I called because I had an issue with my furnace not coming on when it should. The person that came to my house didn’t try to upsell me on anything. He patiently explained what he was doing and why he was doing what he was doing. He wrote a great detailed invoice so that I remember what he did to fix the problem
Showed up took 5 hours to do a 3 hour job, broke my light in my mech room, got finger prints and boot prints all over my basement walls, floors, and doors. Sent the inspector to my house without even letting me know he was coming and their final bill was $200 over the original quote. Extremely unprofessional business practices. One of the worst companies I have dealt with yet.
