We previously signed up for the preferred customer program through Gentlemen Plumbers so I received same day service. They were efficient, fixed my clogged drain problem and gave advice on how to prevent a re-occurrence. Also did a full home inspection to make sure no other problems hiding that I may not know about. I really appreciated the pro-active approach. Plus they left my home clean when they were done. I will definitely give them all my future business.

Fantastic service! The two young men, Shayne and Jon were great! Had a leak from kitchen into light fixture below and both guys were determined to find out what the cause was. Excellent service!!

We called to make an appointment and were pleased that we were able to book for service the next day. Shayne and Jon arrived on time. I like that I was was given an estimate for the work before it was started so there were no surprises. The work was completed without issues. We have used them before and will use them again. My only comment/criticism would be that we were not called (we had to leave before they were finished) to ask if we wanted them to fix a couple of other issues they found while doing their inspection.

I had problem with my hot water tank and I contacted Gentleman guys. One guy came late evening and checked around, suggested to get the new one as the current one was more than 16 years old and provided quote. The next afternoon, he got the new heater installed. Very pleased and satisfied with these guys: work, response and suggestions. You guys will be my first choice for anything in the future.

Quick response after contacting them through the website, flexible on schedule, and the plumber got the job done in a timely manner. A small mistake was made which he immediately both admitted to and corrected free of charge. Most plumbers would have known I was an idiot and used it to charge me more. Will def. use again
