So much for “the customer is always right”. Was a restoration company who called this company to come to my home. Installation and new taps and hoses cost me $525. The sprayer hose was trapped behind another hose, tap base was loose on sink, the tap squeals when hot water is running. I was told that couldn’t be as the installer does perfect work. So many excuses why the hose was trapped and the tap base was loose...and there was no squealing. Hope the video I sent with the squealing tap caused some embarrassment.
These guys have been to our house for a few different occasions. From replacing out central air system,leaks, pluggs and a minor flood. I can't begin to tell you how professional and kind they are. They always go the extra mile. We'll be customers for life! Thanks R&R. The Fiddler family.
