Very poor workmanship. 3 months late finishing (they never did finish the job) invoice was 4000.00 dollars above original quote. DO NOT USE Peters plumbing
We used Peters Plumbing for a large basement renovation last year. I wish I would have went with my gut and waited a little longer for a company with a good reputation. This project was unorganized and unprofessional, and in the end, the plumbing is "working" but sloppy at best. They left rust stain marks on my brand new tile because of laziness. They send random people who aren't plumbers that don't know what they are doing. Then after not paying a very reasonable amount of the invoice that we agreed on and making it clear that after the way they left the project and for the frustration in delays to our other contractors we would call it even, they sent my name and account to a collections account 9 months later without so much as a call first to say they were still considering that an amount owing. I paid the amount but figured I would share my experience to hopefully save people the headache of saving a few bucks. This is my honest review. I would not use them again nor recommend them.
Had them come out to fix my residential ac unit. Very prompt and professional. I've already referred them to another friend in need of ac work. Support local businesses!
Recently had a small job done at my residence. Invoice reflected their quality work and great customer service. They will be my first call for future plumbing needs.
