Had them do my water, sewer and gas. Water line froze up due to not placing the heat tape and insulation correctly. Had a gas leak in the steel line due to improper installation. Got another contractor to finish the job. Couple things were not up to code. All of this happened shortly after installation.

They fixed the problem but they charged me 2 hours for the journeyman & the apprentice when they were only at my house a half hour. Expect to pay emergency call out rates for booked appointments that happen during weekday business hours.
