Unbelievable bad service! Tech came to rewire a furnace and ac last November..... charged $231. No problem.... May comes, a/c unit was NOT hooked up, , left messages with them to come redo it, ya, I'm still waiting. Ive had to pay another company to come do the work I already paid for with this unprofessional company! Used them for years WILL NOT EVER USE THEM AGAIN! Probably will be waiting forever to find out why the job wasnt done right in the first place and why ive had no customer service since. Dont use them, you have choices!

I am very impressed with the service/cost and friendly staff (thanks Tom) that came out.

I contacted this company to have my fireplace serviced and to have a fan put in. I was told both could be done, and I would be contacted in one to two days for pre-payment on the fan. A week went by and I was not contacted, so I followed up and they said they were waiting reply from the supplier. Another week went by so I followed up again and they said the supplier is not responsive but they could book the fireplace service. I found the fan I needed online and sent them the link and asked if I ordered it, would they be able to install it. That was a few days ago and no reply. Will be going with another company.

I went in to get a quote on powder coating my rims & the guy said he would run numbers and get back to me the next couple days. I called back a week later he said he forgot. I went in another week after and he said oh yeah I forgot to call you but I’ve had your numbers for a while. Then I tell him to order in the colour and supplies needed and let me know once they arrive. Meanwhile he directs me to arrange a plan for removing my tires off my rims. He says he will be in touch within the next 10 business days to discuss a booking. He never called. I went back they said nobody ever ordered the paint nor was there any notes about said order being needed. For a $1200 job you think they put a little effort into their customer service. I will never bring any business to them. Not gonna give someone my money if they don’t care. My advice to them is treat your customers as your number one priority and train your staff accurately.
