Jet Plumbing & Heating

I had some issues with a drain in our bathroom. They sent a young guy over to help. He refused to go underneath my mobile home and access the plug at the clean out. He was much more comfortable taking out our toilet and accessing the clog there. Totally unnecessary.I had already ran a short snake through the toilet and the clog was way past where I wanted him to access my plumbing. Because the toilet was clogged there was sewage all over our bathroom floor despite his little shop vac job he did to clean out the toilet and suck around the wax ring. After we laughed and laughed about that for a while, he ran the snake through and spun the threads on the clean out on the bottom of our home. The access that he should’ve used in the first place. He drilled right into the ground and it came out of our skirting on the side of our house. To put it in perspective this is what went on in the first hour. 1. Contractor didn’t listen to where he needed to access the plug resulting in sewage everywhere inside our bathroom and underneath our house. 2. Contractor drilled through clean out resulting in damaged threading and damaged our skirting on our place. After talking to the owner about the atrocities that had occurred. I explained to him in detail what needed to be done. My clean out need to be fixed and we needed a vac truck to come over and clean the sewage under our house. Not too hard to understand, I know. His response was simple. He decided to talk over me really really fast and leaving me hanging with the mess. I’M SORRY ABOUT YOUR LUCK. That’s all that this clown had to say. Really classy. Not only did he think that I should clean up their mess with a vac truck. He thought that I needed to have that done before they were going to fixed the clean out that they screwed up the threads on. I don’t recommend this company to anyone. The contractor they sent out didn’t listen and the manager could give a rip if the job is done right. Now my house stinks all the time so hurray for that.

Jay was very attentive on the phone. Answered all my questions right away and had the answers I was looking for. Him and his team were able to replace my hot water tank same day. Darcy was the tech that actually did the job. He was great. Professional. Price was great. Super happy with them and would certainly recommend them in the future.

Needed Hot Water tank installed. Done same day service. I got lucky on this day but great service and quick. Awesome people to deal with & exceeded all expectations..... Jay & Don great people!!!!!

Highly recommend. Fixed a problem in 5 minutes with no charge after another so called plumbing company with a tech bragging 30 years experience couldn’t find the simplest of problems with our furnace in 1hr, who still tried charging us a 2hr minimum with no results.

Mixed feelings , very friendly people but rush to get the job done. Made up excuses to why they did short cuts . Seemed like it was more about making money then making sure the customer was happy . Really friendly about it though . Like I said mixed feelings . Would not recommend but super friendly .
