earlier this week my son had mechanical masters do the installation of the dishwasher he purchased from the brick. The installation was ordered through the Brick and contracted to these folks. After the installation was completed and they left he noticed some leaking and contracted them to come back and check it out. they refused and said it must have been something he did. The Brick was no help in getting this taken care of either. We realise this was a small job, but if it wasn't worth your reputation to do it correctly in the first place you should not have taken the job to begin with. I understand that mistakes can be made and quite often take how a business takes care of an issue than the initial problem. We have two jobs needing done in our house right now and if they. had of resolved the issue would have contacted these folks. If they won't stand behind a 200 dollar job I would not rely on them to do a big job.
