He did just that; he was courteous and personable and went right to work on the job. He was organized, efficient and did not leave a mess at all. AND, it did not cost me "an arm and a leg"! Justin explained everything to me and helped me to understand what my options were and the costs of each one. I made my selection with confidence in what I was getting. Our experience with Star Mechanical was very positive. It began with Dustin, their service technician, who quoted us a reasonable price for a furnace and hot water tank replacement. He didn't rush us or try to sell us more than we needed. He even checked in while the worked was being performed. Jon L. and John B. replaced our furnace, today, while Joel and Jeff replaced our hot water tank and added some shut off valves. Their work looked professional and their service was courteous. They were all patient in answering our questions and made sure that we were satisfied with their work. Overall we were very satisfied in dealing with this company and would definitely recommend them to our friends.
