I'm scared for the next person that comes in contact with the hot head driving van R1. Super scary experience while on my way to work, watching him totally lose his mind, flipping out and screaming over absolutely nothing. I was embarrassed for him and the company. Seems like I'm not the only person who noticed that this company employs dangerous drivers. I would be afraid to have this person anywhere near my home.

My furnace decided to stop working yesterday and Vortex had a tech deal with the problem in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend using them for any of you mechanical needs.

They have always taken good care of my plumbing needs. The team gets the job done properly the first time :)

Plumbing is an ongoing issue in my older home, and I have been looking for a reliable professional that is located nearby. Sadly I will never use Vortex based on what I have witnessed just in their driving. Easily doing 80km/hr in a 60km/hr zone... I know because the digital flashed it. If their employees can't be bothered to respect driving laws, how can I trust them to do honest, safe work in my home. This is based on my experience today, between 1015-1030am on St Albert Trail southbound. Vehicle was marked L2.
