Outstanding work done promptly by courteous professionals. Innovative seems to care about customer loyalty in a way that has become quite rare. Recently Gill showed up within the hour to replace our furnace during the worst winter weather. They are conscientious and proactive about maintenance, too. Thank you for excellent customer service!

Fast service and excellent attention to detail. We have used Innovative 3 times in the past few months for different issues and we are very pleased with their work. I called at 3 PM last Friday afternoon and Gillian was able to come out to fix a furnace issue. Highly recommended.

Innovative has been my heating and cooling go to team for years, and they have always delivered! This past February my furnace cut out on a weekend and on one of the coldest days of the year. Needless to say, Scott deployed his team and they were super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and courteous.

Updated. Innovative has gone down hill. It’s all about the money for them. They use to have such good service but not anymore. Also they are now consistently the highest priced quotes. Couple that with their poor service and I’ve lost all confidence in Scott. Pictured below is a $3000 garage heater that I got 3 months of use out of. Crapped out and Innovative refuses to warranty it or stand behind the product. I’ll admit they use to be so good and I’ve done $100,000’s of thousands of dollars in business with them, but I’ll take my business else where. I would seriously consider shopping around.
