My wife and I have been using East/West for years. Dwight and his crews have consistently delivered with excellent value on a number of new installs and routine service calls. Most companies out there no longer understand good service and care more about up-selling you on new equipment than servicing the perfectly good equipment you already own. For this reason we have recommended East/West to a number of friends and family members who have received the same great service.
We replaced our air conditioner and furnace through East West Heating Inc. in the fall as suggested by Paul. The air conditioner was freezing up most of the time and the furnace was the original when we built the house over 30 years ago. Paul was very nice and professional when he suggested these units. The installation was fast and looks very good. Thank you Paul for the job well done.

Too often, we are quick to complain about bad service or products, leaving negative reviews for others to see and avoid our experience. Unfortunately, very seldom do we give credit and positive comments for great experiences and exceptional service. Our experience with Paul, Allison and everyone at East West and Costco has been so exceptional, we felt it absolutely necessary to let others know so that they too, may experience the satisfaction we have been provided. We would feel negligent not to do so. I do not know the owners of East West, but I do know they should feel very fortunate and proud in having such talented, genuine, and exceptional staff. We will happily spend many years, recommending them to our friends, family and colleagues.
