The work was well done and they responded quickly however their billing process is very suspect. 1 minute over a 30 minutes bills for an extra half-hour. This on top of the half-hour billing for travel to get to the job meant that overall, I was billed for more time not working than what it actually took to complete the job. Slow clean-up, many trip to the truck, one item at a time all added enough time to "automatically" be billed for an extra half-hour. which was blamed on the app, and there's nothing that can be done.

Very nice and professional. We bought a place and had a faucet that would not shut off, after living here for only a few weeks. Dan came and fixed the issue, and explained to my husband exactly what was wrong and why it wasn’t working, and went to get a part that was missing. We would definitely recommend them!
