Over the course of two years we paid them over $1500 to incorrectly diagnose and repair a problem with our central A/C unit - including replacement of an evaporator coil which I now know is an almost always unneccessary of but very profitable repair. After they didn't return my "annual" spring call for service, I got someone else in who 1) found the 20 cent valve that was the source of the problem and 2) told me this valve problem is a KNOWN issue with my unit - only inexperience or ineptitude would miss it.
