Back in the day this place was great. But something changed, new owner I think. Now it is terrible. Nothing is done right the first time. Its so unfortunate.
Had a furnace emergency on a Friday evening when the temps were dropping to -30C. After a frustrating response from the company where I originally purchased my Lennox furnace, I made a desperate call to Nickel Plumbing & Heating. Got an incredible response! Within half an hour, Jeff was at my residence to check out the problem, got it working until they could get a replacement part. Everyone kept me informed throughout the process regarding parts, etc., and the repair was completed by Steve in a brief service call Tuesday morning. Huge thanks to the team at Nickel - my new "go to" guys for plumbing & heating!

I've dealt with Nickel Plumbing for years, and in my experience they only do quality work! Their service techs are very knowledgeable, and they do their best to get the work done in a timely manner, offering the BEST solution for their clients!
