Peter's sewer service

We recently moved out to Buena Vista and have always lived in the city, so have never had a septic tank before. Our neighbors recommended us to call Peters sewer service. I called them not knowing one thing about septic tanks or what to do with them. He kindly sat on the phone with me and gave me a run down of what do to with the septic tank. Answered all my questions and then said he would swing by our place and check it out for us - free of charge! I was in disbelief. After He went He said it it wasn't ready to be pumped and to wait a couple weeks. We've had it pumped since then and everything has been perfect! I would highly recommend anyone in the area to use this company.

I moved to Buena Vista in 2014. I am very happy to say this company is top notch!!!! When I call I get a response....I get an approximate time when they can give my address a pump out. When I first arrived to our lake home I was very unaware how much my tank could hold/when to call for a pump out. I called and at the time Rodney was employed and was going to happily pay him for my pumpout and he refused....He told me I wasn't even a third full......I was basing my pumpout call on the previous two person house hold call they made every 11 days!!!!! Long story short we are saving loads of money using their honest business . I could not believe these poor people used a company 3 to 4 times a month when it was not necessary!!!!! Keep up your great customer service love Russell!
