Staff is always so friendly and helpful! They came and installed our AC in the office and we couldn't be happier with the service. All around five stars!
5 Stars!! Called about replacing our hot water tank at 8am and it was installed by 10:30 am! The technician Martin was very thorough friendly and knowledgeable. I asked him many questions and he was happy to answer all of them! I will definitely be recommending them to friends and will use their services for my next malfunction!! Cheers
I work here.... we are fantastic.
I had them replace a water heater on warranty, they had the new one installed the day after I called. While waiting for the tank to fill they noticed a couple minor issues with my furnace and fixed those as well. Work was completed fast and clean. The guys were friendly, had the right tools and were knowledgeable. I will be using vortex again next time.
Amazing company to work with. Available to ask questions in the evening, very understanding and had ordered a hot tater tank to be installed the next day! Plumber was very handy and knew what he was doing, did not waste any time. Flexible financial options. These guys are amazing.
