I hired them recently for a few simple jobs (unplugging clogged drainage pipes, fixing a leaky faucet). They unfortunately flooded my basement during these tasks and caused some serious damage to contents and property. When informed about the flooding, their response was, “Well, what do you want me to do?” I will never hire them again, and I would highly recommend people look elsewhere for a plumbing specialist.

I have worked with Roberts for over 20 years. I have been impressed with their service when I have a problem. They put emergency work first but can be limited by the number of calls and available staff
Our hot water tank died on us over the weekend. We called Robert's late on a Saturday afternoon, they had the tank replaced by 12 pm the following day. Their staff were friendly and efficient.
