I have known Alex for many years as our neighbour and community supporter. He is friendly, respectful, helpful, trustworthy and professional. Over a weekend, I had a clogged drain in my only bathroom. I had attempted to clear it but only made it worst. Luckily, Alex made time on a Saturday to clear the drain and little did I know that not only was my sink clogged but Alex noticed my tub was also clogged. Alex is very knowledgeable, explained what caused it in a pleasant manner and resolved it quickly. I would highly recommend A. Laverock Plumbing Services! Thank you Alex!
We have a new house with all the regular plumbing plus a well, water softening system, a septic system, water to the garage and in floor heating plus an leaking outside faucet. I wanted someone to help me understand the plumbing system and how it operates, what needs to be drained and fix the leaking faucet. Alex did bang up job! He was here on time. Explained how the plumbing is set up (well done), how it operates, what needs to be drained for winter and how to fix the faucet myself which I did! Alex was very knowledgeable but easy to work with and fair.
Alex came to our home initially when we were renovating our kitchen. He was friendly, efficient, professional and did an exceptional job.
