I have dealt with Briggs Plumbing for 30 years. I recently had an issue with the water pump at my new house. (Briggs didn't install it) Peter got back to me immediately and scheduled a repair for the following day. Briggs have installed two pumps for me in different houses in the past, always great customer service.

With our first home and only the second day of moving in. Our septic pump stopped working and now had a backed up transfer tank. Grant was the man to save the day. Even with our old and odd septic system. Grant had no problem installing a new and durable pump that will last. Briggs will be my go to company from now on. Thanks for all you did Grant.

Peter and his crew have bailed me out on many occasions, due to various plumbing emergencies. They are prompt, professional and very reasonable. Wish all services in the Huntsville area were as good as Briggs.

This commentary is for the Briggs Plumbing driver to be aware of their very reckless driving this morning in Huntsville, Ontario. I called into your office to describe your recklessness. So I am sure you know who you are. Your office did apologize to me. Your failure to look both ways when making a left hand turn to check for oncoming traffic could have had severe or tragic results. Luckily this time with the grace of God, a heavy snow fall and a well positioned snow bank - there was no mishap. I managed to avoid collision or winding up stuck in someone's front lawn. You didn't even stop to check if I was okay. I am sure as a tradesperson you can't afford to be distracted or do shoddy work. I suggest you transfer these same careful skills to your driving habits. Hopefully, this post will leave a lasting reminder in your head to look both ways. Perhaps in the future a terrible accident is averted.
